And im very pleased PreSonus! My problem was the board getting stuck on the "Start up please wait" screen. Well, when i got it back, i plugged it in and it come on beautifully! Im stoked because I get to use it tonight!
ALSO, PreSonus' tech support was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly.
ONE MORE THING, it only took these guys ONE DAY to fix this unit. I got it back within a week! VERY PLEASED!

My advice and suggestions should never be considered advice or suggestions. These are mostly insane ramblings of a poor aircraft mechanic who can, strangely enough, still hear.

Hey Nik Ryan, my 16.02 desk has the same problem as yours did. i.e. it freezes at the start up screen and doesn't fully boot up.
Did the Tech guys tell you what the issue was?
Do you know if it was power board related?
My lights on my desk have also started to flicker. The desk is just out of the 2 year warranty...
Just heads up
I would start a new one in the new forums instead
This one is about to be closed up at the end of the month
Just saying Hardly anyone is here anymore
You would get alot more attention in the new
