I am possessed of Motu2408mk3 audio interface, and I am planning to change this interface, but did not want to lose the quality of audio, if possible improve, I wonder whether any User has made this exchange, or compared with some PreSonus interface.
my idea and replace it with FireStudio Tube, to suit me I will need two units, please accept suggestions.
Manufacturers have other options, but I like the PreSonus products, and would use an interface that mark, provided they do not lose quality.
I used to have one of the MOTUs, as well. I much prefer the sound of the PreSonus gear to the MOTU. Probably the biggest reason I like the PreSonus gear so much is the quality of the preamps -- at their price point they simply can't be beat. I think you'd like the FS Tube.
With that said, I certainly liked the MOTU, and found it to be a very serviceable and stable piece of gear at a time when all of the DICE II stuff was going thru early growing pains.
