that e8 looks much like Rokits....hope they sound better....

I'm glad they didn't just do another monitor, or I would've only glanced over it.

But this is indeed very interesting. These types of mnitors normal cost ridiculous amounts of money... and to have an affordable option here is definitely intriquing

I'm actually quite interested in both series.....can't wait for audio reviews....

I'm really interested in those monitors - coax systems should really give a good view on the stereo image and a better detection of phase issues.... Hope to be able to hear them soon.

Me too. I have been using the little Equator D5s for couple of months on my "B" system. They sound good but these new PreSonus monitors might be good enough to replace my Genelecs. it will be fun to try them out.

I have a pair of KKR Rokit G2 6. I like them but the power transformers seem loud at times.

Interested in recommendations for low-cost, small, second set of monitors. I like having TRS and RCA inputs. For this second pair, XLR not a must.

Any oldie but goodies that have fell out of favor or are forgotten?

Also interested in rack-mounted compressor suggestions.
