Here is a final chapter to Studio One 2.5 Update. Several have asked for a more detailed "how to", "step by step" tutorial for Tempo Mapping.
Here it is
If you have a MIDI performance that you want to use as your track to map to just set the time base for that track to "Seconds". That will keep it from moving with the tempo track and allow you to map to it. Other than that small difference just follow the procedure in the video with MIDI based tracks as well.
All your other loops whether Audio or MIDI should be set to Timestretch or Beats so that they track to your tempo changes.
Happy New Year!
Now that everyone has access to Macros, I thought I would make a video on Useful Macro for me and perhaps you. Everything you see is available on the Exchange, which can be accessed via your Studio One browser in the file/server section or go to the Exhchance web site and also get the icons. Check it out along with the other three new feature videos posted earlier this month.
Merry Christmas!
To load the icon you have to go the the exchange page on the web site.
1. Go to this link: http://studioone.presonus.com/exchange/ 2. Log in
3. Click on a macro an it will expand.
4.There should be two files the macro to down load and the icon. Suggest creating a folder in your Studio One\macro directory called icons and put all your icon there.
5.You will then have to right mouse click the button on the Macro tool bar and select the icon
6 You can then highlight the text a delete it from the button to create just an icon button.
Then your macro button s will look like this:
UPDATE:There is currently a bug with the upload posting process to the Exchange, that has not attached any of the new Macro icons.
Older macros icon ( look at the count if high) the icon will be there. If they are new or have been listed as a duplicate then the icons are missing. I have asked Presonus to fix it however due to people taking off for the Holidays, they will not be able to fix the issue until the first of the year Thanks for you patients
UPDATE: See Iconpack.zip supplied below for a copy of the correct macro icons.
Fantastic work, I'll watch this tonight. I'm currently organising my macros and getting rid of the ones that aren't very useful. This video should help.

You are my hero.
For some reason not all icons have the download links. I can live without them, though. Thanks for all you do!

Never mind. I am retarded. But so is Presonus. Why do I have to sign in to your site again for Exchange? Ever heard of single sign-on?
