Automation Editing Macros

Six macros attached to the post below. I'll also upload these to the Exchange. No clue if they will be useful for anyone else or not.

Show / Hide All Automation
The first two macros show and hide all project automation. On first toggle the "Show" macro will show all automation while minimizing the top level track lanes to "Tiny" to make more vertical space. On second toggle it will minimize all lanes to "Tiny" to get more of an overview of used automation. The "Hide" macro closes all automation lanes and sets track height to "Normal".

Select / Remove Automation in Range
The next two buttons "S" and "X" there are "Select All In Range", which will select all automation on the track for the selected range, if a clip is selected or there is a range selection on the track and "Delete All Automation Under Selected Clip", which will delete all automation under the track for the selected clip or range.

Nudging Automation Values Up/Down (update display)
These macros "Nudge Fine" the selected nodes up / down but also force the automation lane track panel value to update by cycling the transport. Watch below as I nudge and the values in the track panel update. (the other two left/right arrows there are simple nudge and nudge back)

I'd like to incorporate these into my pattern kit to expand functionality Lmike, thank's for posting these my friend.

Do I dare to ask what images you are using for your macro bar buttons?

I'm new from the Cubase/Nuendo world, and I'd like to explore S1v2.5 macros.

I made those PNG's in Corel Draw but you can do that in just about any graphic program. The page size I used for making those in Corel was 18x18 pixels I think. I just made some random shapes and arrows and stuff and exported the PNG's to use as icons on the toolbar.

If you want to make your own use something like Inkscape, a similar freeware vector graphics app... http://inkscape.org/

Anyway, here are my icons attached below, feel free to use them if you want ...

P.S. Those black arrows on the "automation" group there are just alternate key characters from the Win character map thingy, not graphics.

After I looked, my graphic page was set to 20x20 but many of the icons came out 19x17 or 18x18 etc, etc.

I can really use the nudge up/down. Very nice. Thanks!

I use your nudge up/down macro all the time as I find it super useful.

I just don't understand what is the purpose of visualizing the cursor as soon as any movement is made. I always have to remember to put the cursor between the nods or I loose the view. On the other side, I cannot understand the advantage.

So LMike;

What folder do I load these files into in Studio One? Or rather, where are they extracted to?
