I too wait for a german manual. Not available until now.

That being said - and while I appreciate the "investigation" - it continues to be very disappointing that a company takes ones cash and then cannot find a way to get the product out the door in a timely fashion....

I certainly hope that Presonus can see fit to make this right by offering some small token of compensation for having to make lots of folks wait this long.

This seems to give the lie to the earlier explanation by Presonus that 'we ran out of boxes'. This really is poor, come on where is the item I paid you for seven weeks ago?

This is very poor. It seems all US orders are fulfilled immediately and the rest of us just have to stew without even a word of explanation or apology.

The boxes of the US orders are shipped? It look´s like. Thomann.de sell the S1V2 online and offer the boxes "ready to ship"? It looks like. But we direct buyer dont get our PAYED! boxes? And no statement of PreSonus?

I think this with the money back would be a fair deal after such along time.

Yes thomann and other german reseler having the box at stock. Maybe a delivery from them could be possible.

But honestly prefer in the meantime the money back solution.

I know downloaded everything and it works quit good with dsl 16000 and I do have no more need to get the physical paxkage.

That reminds me of a actual isue that's happening in Carl Thompson's forums. They decided to make a list of people that were waiting for their custom basses(which generally take 2/3 years to get finished, since they're made by hand.). People that bought them recently we're receiving their instruments, but there was one guy that had placed his order since 2003 and hasn't received his bass yet.

Got my package today, worth mentionning some positive outcome... Hold still !!!
