I'm starting to assemble all the pieces for my new live/studio rig. Are there any issues moving recorded tracks in/out of DAW software? My partner has a package but we are looking into pro tools. Anything we will need to integrate with this? Is the M series the correct version!

Thanks

i don't see any problem working with protool as daw... i use a pro tools with a mbox2 micro (the usb key) for compatibility with professional studio but don't forget studiolive is a asio device and not comptible with protools..so you can't use studiolive on protools...

you can use the bundled studio artist, buy the pro version or another one (reaper, ...) i use cubase studio 4 (cubase user since a very long time...) and protools ...

just export your track carrefully if you want to crosover your project ...
