I mentioned this earlier, but let me say it here again.
Saving presets should be developed further. When you're constantly adding tracks, your track list presets get outdated very fast. So, only option now is to get rid of your old track list preset and then save new one with new tracks included. I would love to see some kind of feature which would make "updating" track list presets painless. Even simple "Do you want overwrite this track list preset" would be big help!.

I'm just discovering this today and you are absolutely right.
For instance, if you use folders, you should be able to set things like having certain folders open and others closed, and all instrument or audio tracks added within a given open folder show up automatically as you add them, etc.
