Guys, grouptracks has got me confused.
I'm sure its user error on my part.
I shift click all four tracks which will make up the group. I hit ctrl+ g to group them. That works fine, now when I want to individually tweak one track I got to the track inspector and change where it says Group back to None to take track out of the group. What happens though is that i move the volume fader it is still grouped. Likewise if I move a fader of one of the tracks still in the group the track that i un grouped still acts like its grouped.

I just tried this with 2 tracks and got the same odd behavior. One possible suggestion is that the tracks are still highlighted. When selecting a group, S1 highlights all of the tracks in that group, and when changing a parameter on one track it doesn't change them all.
I went to the second track and changed the group to None and regained individual control. It speaks to the larger issue of S1's lack of multiple selections (which has been discussed in a recent thread).
I always use [option] while clicking on an individual track when they're part of a group. There's no need to group and ungroup tracks with this modifier.

Yes, i think that's a bug. I've noticed this before, but i rarely use grouping so i don't mind.
But a good tip might be: If you want to tweak a single track thats grouped, use shift (or ctrl not shure) when tweaking. This way it will only effect that track.

Yep. Smells like a bug. It's [ALT]/[OPTION] to tweak a single track in the group.

It's not really a bug (imo) just one of those behavior corner cases. It happens that way because all 4 tracks are still selected. Remember, fader grouping also follows normal selection so if you have four tracks selected (which they will be becasue they're in a group) and you remove one from the group via the inspector, they'll all still be selected and ganged.
So the FR might be (in that case) to isolate the selection for the track that just got removed from the group maybe, dunno.
