I recently started a podcast with a few friends and we found a way to use Google+ Hangouts as a huge helping tool for our podcast which allows us to turn our plain podcast into an eye catching VIDEO podcast. With the help of a screen recording software, we are able to talk with video in real time as well as capture it all with camera switching.
