Can you give us some more info about your system? I assume that this error message is in Studio One, is this correct? Do you have the AudioBox plugged into a USB 3.0 port? if so you'll want to remove it and connect it to a USB 2.0 port.

i have already called for tech support and talked for over an hour with no results and was told i would be notified when the problem was solved but it has been 4 days
i would like to know if i can get a refund for this device that cost $300 and does not work?

It blinks red/blue when you don't have a proper USB connection. It's supposed to be on solid blue.
Have you installed the drivers? Correctly? What type of computer and operating system version?
