I have discovered a strange error when creating Presets of UAD-Plugins in Studio One v2:
When I create a Preset of any Uad-Plug in the Browser Effects-tab, at first everything looks normal, the new Preset shows up in the Browser. But when I click on "Refresh" the Browser creates 2 new Subfolders in the list:
One Folder called "Universal Audio, Inc" and one Folder with the Name of the PlugIn. This only happens with UAD-Plugs.

It might be due to the way the UAD plugins are used. AFAIK there is a shell with the Universal Audio ID in it, then there's the plugin (in this example the UAD 4k Bus Comp).
You should be able to manually correct it by looking in the user data folder in the presets sub-folder. You could manually move the presets up a level.

Motoko, thx for your reply, but this only happens in V2 of STudio One. In the older Version 1.6 all the presets showed up properly - so I think It has something to do with the new Version of Studio One.
And with 40 UAD plugins, if I move all the Presets up, it gets a bit confusing:
for example if I have 2 presets called "Big room" for the UAD Lexicon and the UAD Plate140, they could not be located in the same folder, because they have the same name. So it would be necessary to rename many presets - very annoying.

No you wouldn't the plugin name / ID is embedded in the preset. And have a look at the folder structure in the preset folder, I'm pretty sure there's two subfolders in there instead of one.

but I just tried it and it did not work. I tried to move the two presets Big Room up in the Folder Univeral Audio and obviously windows explorer asked me to replace the other preset - because they have the same name

Strange bug, it has to do with the vendor name "Universal Audio, Inc." ending with a dot, which is not a valid folder name on windows.
Studio One got a little confused that it found the preset file in another folder than expected...
