Presonus has full control of this board. If they don't like that I posted the screenshot they can surely delete my post. They can also delete threads like this in which leaked information is presented, which they have not done. I have not seen any finger wagging by Presonus at those that have revealed leaked information so it seems they don't care that much.

I think it's more the fact that once a dweeb like you posts something, it's out in the world... nothing can be done about it now. Hundreds of people have already downloaded what you found. No use in the company then further complicating things by getting all irritated at you in public.
They know the users will do that on their behalf. Most uncool of you chap, most uncool. Not really a question of legalities... it's just a bit of an arse move. Kids today... what happened to respect!?!
Presonus upset at rumours and partial leaks? I don't think so. Wouldn't be srprised if they have a huge collective grin on their faces when looking at this thread and the buzz it is generating. Buzz means bucks!!

I think the issue is that Presonus specifically asked for images to not be posted.

Are there rumors of Cubase 7 already? They just released C6 not to long ago.
Anyway, I'll demo whatever they upload (if it's not 5gb just to demo ) since I already have a dongle but I doubt if I'll ever actually buy Cubase ever again.
