I should have said that I work a lot with editing classical and jazz music, not as much with pop-styles, but my edit-density can be nearly as intense, sometimes. In the classical work that I do, it can be a very delicate process to create truly elegant and undetectable results. Am working on a project now that has about 100 such splices per piece, and S1 has helped me get the work done in record time.

I´m fairly new to S1 but very impressed indeed by most of the features in it. One question that has got to do with multiple crossfades: how do I quickly select all the regions on a track without drawing a lasso around them? In Logic one just clicks on the track header. Is there something similar in S1?

Many thanks! I knew this functionality had to be in there somewhere. And actually, it´s somewhat cleverer than in Logic, where you´t can select all the regions on selected tracks unless they´re in a editing group. Nice to be able to do this in S1.
And by the way, in Logic you cannot select multiple tracks in the arrange window anyway.
It´s intriguing to check out the features in S1 but I´d like to point out that I still hold Logic Pro in very high regard; some of the stuff you can do and hear in Logic is absolutely mind-numbing. It´s a great DAW. But, as it turns out, so is Studio One, too. Sorry, that should be "Studio One 2, too".

Not sure I follow, but perhaps this was not directed to me. Anyway, since I´m fairly new to S1 I keep forgetting about the info view, a feature that I really like. But sometimes forget... Sorry.
