Uhh... it's now 11:10 PDT and 1:10 CDT.

Which means they're late... unless they don't adhere to DST.
Ah hah! It does appear that the forum posting time is not following DST.

Where's the new Forum... the new layout, picture and fireworks?

Of course, there's always some snafu to thwart the schedule.
