You must have a Presonus account, In there under "my software" you'll find your studio one, keys, etc if you have registered your software...
If you have not done this then set up an account under "My Presonus" register your hardware and software... you will find the drivers there...

I too have purchased the mp3 converter, and updated artist 2 to the latest version 2.6.2. It's still saying that it is not compatible with studio 1.
What am I doing wrong?
