Nothing arrived here. No hardcopy and no support request.
For me it is not possible to download all the stuff of version 2. I´m limited in download transfer rate, transfer size and transfer time. This is why I bought the hardcopy and not for fun or to pay more then others...
PreSonus? A clear statement to all buyer?

I got mine about two weeks ago. I've learned patience when dealing with a physical order from Presonus. They don't promise a swift delivery, but they did sent the tracking info. I was able to dl the 2.0 update and the Celemony file. I waited for the DVD's for the content/sounds for the Presonus instruments.

So - reasonable to assume no tracking info until there is some tracking info to send?

I do wish that Presonus would learn one simple rule - which is to not charge the customer until the product has shipped. I am fine with them running out of boxes and all these other excuses (You release a super hot update to a super hot product and don't plan ahead to have enough "boxes" on hand? Lame.) But to stick the full cost on my card and then make me wait while internal admin takes place is just bad business.

Should really be the other way around - you take the cash flow hit while you messing around dealing with packaging issues - charge me when the product is ready to go - not before.

Contacted Sale Support on November 21.

Received partial cryptic reply on November 21 with tracking number.

Asked to get more info/explanation but haven't yet...

USPS shows the following :
Electronic Shipping Info Received : November 10, 2011
Acceptance : November 23, 2011, 11:12 am
Dispatched to Sort Facility : November 23, 2011, 4:47 pm

Seems to be stucked there !

From what I can understand, Presonus might have "forgotten" to ship out my "physical" copy... and somebody had to "push" shipping but I'm still waiting.

I just wanted some explanation, errors can happen... I know some will say that I have access to the downloads ! Yes, I do, but I paid "more" to get a copy.

Not that this will help your situation, but from what you have regarding tracking, this package is lost in the USPS system. USPS does not give you line of travel tracking, just periodic scan points. I deal with the post office as my main carrier/vendor, and have seen this numerous times.

What happens in these instances is the shipper initiates an investigation into the missing package for insurance claim purposes, ans the USPS slows that process to a halt. The chances of the original package showing up is 50/50, but I have seen it happen.

The last scan point was Wed, the day before Thanksgiving (here in the U.S). It's only the Monday after, so it's reasonable that you could get it in the next couple of days. Where are you at, anyway?

You do have a point, would not explain the previous 30ish days And I'm in Montreal... Anyway, I'll be patient for a few days and will see from there, a proper explanation would still be appreciated

Hey guys, l'm looking into this and will get back to you when I know more. I know our volume has been very high, and I'm sure there's been some issues related to usual holiday slowdowns from the shipping services...but 30 days or more definitely is not right.

Appreciate it. I ordered Oct 30 and now am (understandably) reaching my limit on this. Would be nice to at least get some sort of update on what's the delay is.

So, at least part of the holdup has been that we ran out of stock, which will be resolved this week, but that's only for orders received in the past 1-2 weeks from what I can tell.
